Yet another paper said quick weight loss can actually improve your health, just because your actions reflect on your health much sooner than gradual weight loss. For instance, once you start losing weight, you will be able to jog and work out more efficiently, sooner. Also, taking steps towards quick loss can be a great motivating factor especially when you’re working against a deadline. (Summer is almost here, so many will want to trim off those extra inches around the waist… fast!)

When you see quick results, it also acts as a great motivating factor to stick to your weight loss program and further expedite burning fat. Building up enthusiasm in any program can do nothing but good. Doctors say lose about two pounds a week to start with, but be careful not to regain that weight, instead, back it with healthy food habits and slimming exercises.
