Fat to burn

I’ve always wanted to have enough ‘money to burn’, but what I got was enough fat to burn. And then as I was getting ready to look at the various fat burners in the market, I hear that there’s something called ‘good fat’. Now, why do the scientists make it complicated?

Anyways, there’s a certain fat called ‘brown fat’ in the body that’s supposed to be not only good for you, but can also help burn calories and obesity.

However, it appears, you develop this kind of fat only when you’re young, and as you grow older, it stops developing.

While research is still going on about the ‘brown fat’, I hear that certain foods can actually help burn fat. Huh? Now, isn’ that every man’s dream?

Nutritionists and food specialists say that food items rich in vitamin C can burn fat. Makes sense to some extent — vitamin C is somewhat acidic, right? Apparently, apples, lemon, grapefruit and, of course oranges count as fat burners among fruits, and when it comes to vegetables, the list includes broccoli, celery and carrot.

Now, I have two options — I can either exercise patience and try to burn the fat in what seems to be longer, harder way, or I could jump into the celebrities’ bandwagon and pick up Lipovox, supposed to have been used globally by athletes and celebrities to get heads turning.

Well, now that summer is around the corner, and it’s gonna be the swimwear season, I’m tending to lean (pun unintended) towards the easier, softer way!
